Admission of a new batch of recruits to join the Armed Forces - July 2023 …..
General Mohamad Zaki, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, endorsed the announcement of the admission of a new batch of recruits (the third conscription - July 2023) which is scheduled to be received as of 25/3/2023. This came during the press conference, which was held by brigadier general / Mohamad sobhy mehanna, Director of the Recruitment and Mobilization Department, in which he referred to requirements, as follows:
First: holders of higher educational qualifications:
Those who born in the period from 1/7 to 31/12 of all years until 2002, who obtained their educational qualification during the period from the first of September 2022 until the end of January 2023, graduates of the faculties of medicine (human / dental / physical therapy / nursing), who completed the internship year / training period during the period from the first of September 2022 until the end of January 2023, as well as those who born in the period from 1/7 to 31/12 of the year 2003, who obtained their educational qualification during the period from the first of February 2022 to the end of January 2023, and those who failed to apply for conscription from previous years.
Provided that they will be received at the recruitment and mobilization offices as of 04/12/2023. the registration and medical examination will be implemented in the recruitment and mobilization areas from 05/06 to 05/20/2023.
Second: holders of upper-intermediate educational qualifications:
Those who born in the period from 01/07 to 31/12 of all years until 2002, who obtained their educational qualification during the period from the first of August 2022 until the end of January 2023, those who born during the period from 01/07 to 31/12 of the year 2003, who obtained their academic qualification during The period from the first of February 2022 to the end of January 2023, those who failed to apply for conscription from previous years, provided that they will be received at the recruitment and mobilization offices as of 05/09/2023. The registration and medical examination will be implemented in the recruitment and mobilization areas in the period from 21/05 until 24/05/2023.
Third: holders of intermediate educational qualifications:
Those who born in the months of (July / August / September) of the year 2003 and holding an intermediate educational qualification until the academic year 2021/2022, as well as those who born in the months of (July / August / September) of all years until 2002 and earlier from the graduates of the academic year 2021/2022, those who failed to apply for conscription from previous years, provided that they will be received at the recruitment and mobilization offices as of 25/03/2023, The registration and medical examination will be implemented in the recruitment and mobilization areas in the period from 04/04 to 03/05/2023.
Fourth: Those without qualifications:
Those who born in the months (July / August / September) of the year 2003, those who failed to apply for conscription from previous years, provided that they will be received at the recruitment and mobilization offices as of 15/05/2023, The registration and medical examination will be implemented in the recruitment and mobilization areas in the period from 25 / 05 to 07/06/2023.
* Documents Required:
- National ID card.
- National Military service certificate (Mil.6 form).
- The original copy of birth certificate.
- A criminal states record from the police station to which the candidate belongs.
- blood type.
- The original copy of the academic educational qualification for whom has an educational qualification, in addition to the internship / training certificates for graduates of medical faculties (human / dental / physical therapy / nursing).
- Marriage certificate for whom is married.
- Driver's license for whom have it.
- Dismissal letters for students who dismissed from studying including date and reason for the dismissal. – appointment approval (lecturer / teachers / doctors).
*Procedures and facilities provided to the people of remote governorates:
Recruitment committees are sent periodically to handle the conscription situations of the residents of the remote governorates (North Sinai, South Sinai, Marsa Matrouh, Halayeb, Shalateen, Abu Ramad, Wadi Al-Alaqi). Certificates of conscription treatment are given to the citizens of these governorates in their places of residence without any charge, in order to facilitate them the procedures.
* Important instructions for recruits:
Those who have the right to exemption, postponement or exception must apply to the recruitment area to which they belong and with the documents that support their entitlement to that - those who have obtained their academic qualifications from universities and private institutes, the certificates became reliable since the approval of the relevant minister – being married from a foreign lady does not exempt from performing military service and the situation is presented to the relevant authorities before joining the military service - we also emphasis the necessity of equivalence of certificates for graduates of private colleges and higher institutes from the Equivalency Department of the Supreme Council of Universities - the non-equivalent certificates, their graduates will be treated as conscripts according to the last qualification they previously obtained – educational qualification certificates submitted by Those with qualifications (intermediate / upper- intermediate / higher) from the ministries of (higher education / education).
- Immediately report people who delude young people with their ability to help them join the armed forces and blackmail them financially for that, and beware of dealing with them.
